How to create an account?

If you would like to use the Evercash wallet on your mobile device, please download our mobile app first.

After you provide the app with your phone number and confirm it , you will be prompted to set up a 4-digits pin code for fast access to your Evercash account.

We recommend you allow notifications right after the registration completion, but you are also welcomed to do it later in the profile settings.

I don’t get an SMS code to confirm my phone number

There might be a few reasons why you are facing this issue. Please, check that:

  1. You have entered the phone number correctly.
  2. Your phone number is available for incoming messages.
  3. Your device has enough memory.
  4. You are located in an area with strong cell coverage.
  5. Your roaming service is on.

If your phone satisfies all the criteria, mentioned above, please try to reboot it or restart and try to get code one more time.

You are welcome to use Evercash on the device of your preference! You can select between our Web version, Android app, Google Play or iOS app, or even use them all for fast and efficient access to your account!

Why do you need my email address?

Although an email is not used for your account access (a mobile number serves as a login instead), we kindly ask you to link an email address to your Evercash wallet. A linked and confirmed email address will give you access to some additional platform features and will help us to maintain a fast and secure connection between you and our Support team if needed.


Verification

What Is KYC Verification?

KYC refers to ‘Know Your Customer’ or ‘Know Your Client’. A process which helps us to verify the identity of customers and to determine their legitimacy. It helps us to provide even safer services and to prevent Terrorist Financing, Money Laundering and Financial Fraud.

What documents do I need to pass KYC?

1. Identification document (Passport or ID card):

  • Document must be valid.
  • Document must contain your name and surname written in Latin letters.
  • In case of documents submitting online, two pages (or two sides) of identity document must be pictured (in case of passport 1 page). The picture of identity document must be clear, with all corners visible, every detail readable, pictures must be without blur effect. Taking a picture of a picture is not accepted.

2. Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, tax returns, council tax bills or government issued certifications of residence):

  • Accepted residence approval documents: utility bill for water/electricity/land line (but not mobile services), bank statement, official government issued document.
  • POA needs to be dated within the last 3 months. The full name and address to the onboarding form must match the information on the POA.
  • Document must show full name and full address of the individual, type of services provided and the date of the bill.
  • Document is accepted in your language.
  • In case of documents submitting online, taking a picture of a picture is not accepted.

3. Selfie with ID document in your hands:

  • Document that use with selfie must be the same as you used to confirm your identity.
  • ID must be clearly visible on the photo.
  • Selfie must have your face and ID document.
  • We accept following types of documents: .jpg, .bmp, .png, .pdf.

Identity documents that Evercash CANNOT accept:

  • US passports
  • US Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
  • School IDs
  • Medical certificates
  • Temporary (paper) ID cards
  • Residence permit
  • Map of public services
  • Military tickets

I have submitted all required documents, when are you going to check it?

In most cases, correctly submitted documents and questionnaires can approved in few minutes. But verification process may take up to 24 hours depends on client’s time zone location. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions about your verification process.

Invalid login or password

When trying to enter your Evercash account, you may see an Invalid login or password message. This means that you’ve probably mistyped some of your credential’s data.
Please, make sure that your phone number is filled in correctly. Also, verify the password you submit. We advise you to completely erase the entered information and fill it in again slowly.

If you keep seeing the message stating an issue, please try using the Forgot password? Once you enter your email, the system will send you a link to get back into your account.

If you don’t have access to the registered phone number or keep having an issue with a login, please reach out to the Support Team via [email protected] with as much information as possible.


Security

What documents / information do I need for my application?

  • A valid passport, driving licence or identity card
  • A bank statement or a utility bill issues within the last 3 months which confirms your address
  • Personal information (name, address, citizenship, place of birth, etc.)
  • Any additional information as part of our “know your customer” procedures

Why does Evercash request information about me?

Regulators require that we have the most up-to-date information about all of our customers. We must comply with regulatory requirements to continue to provide you with our full range of services.

Cryptocurrency requirements change very quickly, so if any of the information you provided to us when you opened your Evercash account is out of date or we need new information due to new regulatory requirements, we may send you an email asking you to update your account information.

My phone number has changed, what should I do?

For any questions about changing account data, please contact [email protected] with a full description of the problem.

What is 2-Step Verification in the Guardian App/Google Authenticator?

You will need to install the app on your mobile device and the phone number associated with your Evercash account to successfully complete 2-Step Verification.

Evercash offers two-factor authentication, also known as two-factor (2FA) or multi-factor authentication, as an added layer of security in addition to your username and password. If your account has two-step verification enabled, you will need to provide a unique verification code sent to your phone in addition to your username and password.


General

I have provided ID, selfie and proof of address but still can’t buy or sell.

We may need to verify additional information. Please make sure that the section “Personal data” is filled out correctly and corresponds to the data from the documents provided. If the verification status is not confirmed, please go to your email and check emails in the spam folder too. You may have been sent a request to send better quality documents or additional documents.

I need to change my name, update address and/or country of residence, what should I do?
