Parcent s.r.o. is a limited liability company (reg. No 17221684) registered in Czechia with its registration address at sídlem Osadní 869/32, Holešovice, 170 00 Praha 7, Czechia. Parcent s.r.o. operates and provides virtual currency services under the Czech Trade Register, issued by the Czech Trade Register (REGISTR ŽIVNOSTENSKÉHO PODNIKÁNÍ – ID RZP: 144936763). Evercash is the tradename of Parcent s.r.o. (hereinafter also “Parcent”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Evercash”).
User means Evercash customer, a natural person (hereinafter also “you”, “your”).
User Account means a user account accessible via the Website and Mobile App where funds may be stored by Parcent on behalf of a user, under the name of “Evercash”.
GDPR means European Union General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
Services means Parcent services, which are provided to registered Users. Parcent provides you with a simple and convenient platform for an exchange of digital assets for fiat currency and vice versa, and exchange of a digital asset to any other asset type at the exchange rates established. Services also include holding and transferring digital assets.
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable User (natural person) within the meaning of the GDPR.
Website means Evercash Website (http://evercash.eu).
Mobile App means Evercash Mobile Application.
Policy means this Privacy Policy.
Cookies means text files placed on User’s computer or phone to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behaviour information. When User visits the Website and Mobile App, Parcent may collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology. Third Party Service Providers mean Partners of Parcent which are required to perform the Services.
Personal Data breach means accidental or fraudulent Personal Data loss or unauthorized disclosure.
Parcent processes User’s Personal Data in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner. Parcent has developed this Policy by which Users are informed about lawfulness, fairness and transparency of processing.
Processing of Personal Data is adequate, relevant and limited for clear purposes. Parcent doesn’t process Users’ Personal Data for any purpose not described herein.
Personal Data is processed in an accurate manner and kept up to date. Parcent and its employees take every reasonable step to ensure the accuracy of Personal Data processed. If Parcent has any doubt regarding correctness of User’s data, Parcent employee will contact the User regarding User providing Personal Data. Personal Data that are inaccurate will be erased or rectified without delay.
User’s Personal Data is processed for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the Personal Data are processed.
Personal Data is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the Personal Data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures. Parcent protects User’s Personal Data using modern technologies and standards. Access to User’s Personal Data is granted to relevant Parcent employees only.
Personal Data is data, which identifies or may identify User. Parcent collects Personal Data from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Website or Mobile App , sign up on the Website or Mobile App , place an order, and in connection with other activities, Services, features or resources we make available on our Website and/or Mobile App .
The categories of Personal Data processed by Parcent are in any case conform to the information provided by the customer provides mainly include:
Corporate Evercash customers are asked to provide legal entity’s registration data, information about legal entity’s business, financial data (this data is not considered Personal Data). However, information about legal entity’s representatives, owners, beneficial owners contain Personal Data mentioned in clause 4.2 and therefore falls within the scope of this Policy as well.
IMPORTANT: Parcent does not collect or store any information about children under 18. Minors and children should not use our Website, Mobile App and Services. By using our Website, Mobile App and Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Parcent does not process any sensitive personal information, such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
Parcent processes User’s Personal Data only in cases where a specified purpose has been determined for the processing. Parcent doesn’t process data which is not required for achieving legitimate purposes.

Parcent s.r.o., doing business as Evercash, operates and provides virtual currency services under the Czech Trade Register, issued by the Czech Trade Register (REGISTR ŽIVNOSTENSKÉHO PODNIKÁNÍ – ID RZP: 144936763). This makes Parcent an obliged entity within the meaning of Czech Act No. 253/2008 Coll. dated June 5, 2008 on Selected Measures Against Legitimization of Proceeds of Crime and Financing of Terrorism. To provide our Services to User, Parcent is obliged to collect and process your Personal Data and allowed to do so under Section 5 of Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. of March 12, 2019 on Personal Data processing.
In the processing of Personal Data, Evercash respects User’s confidentiality and does not transfer Personal Data to Third parties, except for:
Parcent is processing its Users’ Personal Data within EU / EEA. However, in certain situations, Personal Data might be processed in Third countries. Parcent will not cooperate with partner or authority from Third country, unless the legal basis of processing is determined (e.g. regulatory requirement for entering into or performing contracts, or in accordance with User’s consent), and unless proper security measures are in place. Parcent will differentiate between secure and unsecure Third countries. Secure Third countries are those for which the European Commission has confirmed a suitable level of data protection based on an adequacy decision. In those countries, national laws provide a level of Personal Data protection which is comparable to those of EU law. In case the data recipient is from an unsecure Third country, Parcent ensures in another way that the Personal Data be sufficiently protected by the recipient. This will be ensured through standard contractual clauses, through the commitment to comply with codes of conduct which have been declared by the European Commission as being generally applicable, or by certification of the data processing procedure. Upon request, User has the right to receive more detailed information regarding the Personal Data transfer to Third countries.
Parcent may transfer any Personal Data provided by the User through use of the Parcent Services to the Third Party Service Provider in order to allow the Third Party Service Provider to analyze this information and determine whether User is qualified to use the Services of such Third Party Service Provider (including the history of User’s transactions on the Website which will be provided without any identifying information and solely for the purpose of performing the preliminary examination). All Third Party Service Providers are monitored by Parcent for PCI DSS compliance on annual basis.

Rights of Users shall not apply to the collection and processing of information, which was obtained for fulfilment of statutory requirements (e.g. obtaining information about User from public sources according to anti money laundering laws and regulations).
When a Personal Data breach is likely to result in a high risk for rights and freedoms of Users, Parcent shall communicate the Personal Data breach to the User without undue delay.
9.2 In case of a Personal Data breach, Parcent shall without undue delay and where feasible, within 72 hours after having become aware thereof, notify the Personal Data breach to the Supervisory Authority (Czech Data Protection Inspectorate), unless the Personal Data breach is unlikely to result in a risk for rights and freedoms of individuals. Where the Supervisory Authority is not notified within 72 hours, reasons for the delay should be stated.

Public blockchains are distributed ledgers, intended to immutably record transactions across wide networks of computer systems.
